We held the Syrian national consultation in Turkey, because of the ongoing civil war. The consultation was held on 24th November 2014 and organised in partnership with UN OCHA and Qatar Charity. Among many topics, discussion centred on how to access affected populations in light of physical barriers put in place by proscribed groups and armies, as well as other challenges caused by counter terrorism laws which can sometimes hinder humanitarian work.
